Breath Work


My journey into myself has lead me to the most amazing and astounding discovery. I often wonder why as a 48 year old (when I started) I had no idea how powerful breath work could be. Since this I have come to love breath work and have done a range of breath work practices. I have also trained and qualified as an Oxygen Advantage instructor, a pranayama instructor and am embarking on more training as I find it all fascinating.

As a society we all try and be healthy, we know that we need to eat healthily and that we should get physically fit. We spend no time at all on understanding our breathing. If we don’t eat we last for 3-4 weeks, if we don’t drink we last for 4-5 days, if we don’t breath we last 5-10 minutes. Perhaps we should be spending more time on breath work!
