Hello all, my name is Roy, I am a 50 year old entrepreneur and I am very excited to be sharing my mental health journey and tools I have learnt along the way that have saved my life.

By the end of 2020 due to an indoor skydiving accident in 2015 I lost the use my right arm. I had to recover as quickly as possible and went hunting for the best possible way to do this.

My research led me to the Wim Hof Method and started my new journey. During this I found the power of this method for mental health and realized I was not as immune to mental health issues as I previously believed.

Since then, I have completed my Wim Hof Method instructors’ course, an Oxygen Advantage Instructors course, a Mindfulness course and a range of other training is underway to better myself and have fun! I believe that mental health should be worked on every day and have a range of tools that enable me to do this. Join me to test these and build your own mental health toolbox and working plan, make yourself into the Mental Health Warrior that you can be!
