Three things. First, the price. Five hundred pounds a month, not twelve to eighteen thousand a year, because we do not run a chapter dues structure. Second, the method. Vistage runs speaker-led sessions and chair coaching. THRIVE runs a structured curriculum, The Owner's Thrive Method, so the room is moving on the same path, not just venting in parallel. Third, the focus. Service-business owners only. Not agencies of agencies, not software founders, not influencers. The conversation stays useful because the people in it actually run similar businesses.

What if I've never been in a peer group?+
Most members had not been before joining. The weekly rhythm is what makes it work. You do not have to perform. You bring a real decision or a real problem, the room works it with you in sixty minutes, and you leave with something to implement that week. Roy is on every session live, and the method gives the room a spine so it never devolves into venting.

Yes. No twelve-month contract. We are not in the business of locking people in. If the room is not moving you, the room is not right for you, and we would rather you find what is.
Is this 1:1 coaching too?+
No, and that is deliberate. THRIVE is the room and the method. If 1:1 work makes sense alongside it, we will point you at someone we trust, including, sometimes, Roy himself. The system is the product. Roy is the architect, not the bottleneck.
How do I know if I am a fit?+
